Welcome to Subtle Roots Yoga Therapy. I am so happy for the chance to share this transformative practice with you. Many people are aware of the physical benefits of Yoga, particularly in the west. But the yogic tradition has so much more to offer us. Yoga therapy is a framework in which the deep wisdom and insights of the yogic tradition are used to engage the whole person in a dynamic process of inner transformation that touches on the physical, emotional and even spiritual aspects of ourselves.
